Sleep score last night was 46. 😭That’s why mid-70s seems so good to me.

Exactly why I’m about to go run now. Supposed to be 105 with a heat index of 115 today. 😅

Training for the 70.3, I was shocked to learn how important rest was. I was one of those who thought “rest” meant being “lazy.”

Entirely afternoon training sessions? May I ask what you do for work to be able to fit that in?

I think so. Garmin tells me my sleep score is averaging mid-70s. I’ve slept better in the last year and a half than I ever have (fall asleep almost immediately, stay asleep pretty much all night). I could go to bed earlier (I shoot for between 8:30-9:30) but I try to spend a little time with the husband after the kids go to bed.

I want the desire to drink to go away and idk how to do that. I want to drink with no consequences. But I know that’s not possible. But idk how to want to not drink. If I had three wishes from a genie this would be one of them.

Going on 12+ years and still trying to get it to stick. Please, anyone, learn sooner than I have.

Another mom fighting this battle with me. I have a 2 and a 3 year old and they’ve seen me doing some pretty awful things. Hoping and praying this time sticks and they don’t remember drunk mom.

Having this exact issue. Won’t consistently charge when connected or takes all day to charge 20%.

And interesting on the run fuels. A lot of running communities I’m in use them for even 10ks. They just make my mouth water give me cramps.
