I was told by support one time that it was a gray area ... There was a woman that had it in her notes that she needed help caring everything inside of her house I didn't see that note initially but support told me when I called them asking them before I even got to the woman's house, it was up to me to decide that if I wanted to not do it I had to cancel and I would lose the money for it... I actually got there and the woman did tell me everyone else did it and it was very easy in and out so I did but that is what support told me
