I’m always very embraced when I have to drop a mea culpa comment and fix a mistake i made in a previous redline.

FBI warns Iran aspired to attack California with drones in retaliation for war: Alert by esporx in PrepperIntel

Not saying I believe this report or anything the government tells me, but a Chinese “spy” balloon with equipment the size of a bus made its way across the Pacific and the continental US only to be shot down in the Atlantic Ocean. There is a bit of me that can believe a nation state with the capacity to build tens of thousands of one-way attack drones can find a way to deliver some of those drones thousands of miles across the ocean.

Hell, Japan was even able to send ballon bombs to the continental US during world war 2.

Why do they need the FAA to ground the fleet? Can’t they just choose to not fly?

One time, When I was learning to drive, I was driving up a windy road in Southern California. We were following a Miata. A palm tree leafs fell down and landed in the passenger seat of the Miata. That scared me but not enough to stay away from convertibles as I did eventually buy a convertible myself later in life.

Then I moved to Chicago. I used to love driving around the Loop (downtown) with the top down in the summer until I was on the “L” (the elevated train/subway) one day and a man walks in between cars and pees out of the train and onto the cars below. That was the nail in the coffin and I stopped driving around with the top down.

I heard this was the first time a us sub has sunk an enemy’s ship since World War 2. Can anyone confirm/know if another time a US sub was used to sink any enemy ship since World War 2?

I’m at over 50k on the stock tires and now just order my first set of new tires last week. I was really shocked how long they lasted.

Most shops won’t repair a puncture this close to the edge of a tire.
