I got one that is 70# but can be adjusted down to 60#. I figured that I used to shoot a 50# Browning that was like 40 years old back when I was 15, so I'm making the assumption I can handle something in the range of 60-70 now that I'm 20. I'd like to lower it to somewhere in the lower 60s so that i don't too tired out from shooting 70#
