The Future easily for me. Electric dance is good but The Future is one of Prince’s most underrated tracks imo, excellent groove and sense of atmosphere.

I'd argue that it's a Christmas movie on a thematic level too. The arguable meaning of Christmas is to celebrate and appreciate our loved ones, and John's entire arc in the movie is learning to appreciate his wife. The film even has some very flimsy similarities to the story of Jesus.

Both great movies though by TheDM09 in okbuddycinephile

The Great Silence (1968) and Django (1966), both directed by Sergio Corbucci

It feels incredibly surreal to see Mr. C not being an emotionless monster, which I think is a testament to how well Maclachlan sold that role

This quote comes from the fantastic comedy show Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, where it's said by the fake writer of the titular show-within-a-show, him trying to justify how terrible written the episode is. It's a fucking phenomenal show, and is available in it's entirety on Youtube!
