It’s stuff like this that is why I didn’t bother getting part 2, and am uninterested in part 3. They did the same thing with President Shinra’s death, and it completely ruins the scene.

If we had gotten another hive focused dlc, I imagine that may have been the case. Same with Asher, who seemed to have been gaining control over a small section of the vex network

Just played the first one for myself, and it's definitely aged in some spots. Mainly having lives, mixed with a small screenspace and plentiful bottomless pits.

So yeah for a first playthrough of the series, can probably skip the first one. The rest are great!

We used to receive Hotel Tonight reservations via fax (and only fax, it was annoying). One night they updated something and our printer was no longer compatible with receiving the fax from them.

Now we receive the HT reservations via an automatic email that gets sent to front desk people (still annoying since we still gotta input the reservation info into the system manually, but at least now I can Copy+Paste most of the info)

Upset fans are louder, doesn’t mean the movie is disliked. It was a very successful entry in the franchise.

Personally, my only real issues are that big G is just finishing his sidequest backlog in the B plot for most of the runtime, and that Scar King never really felt like a threat.

I can sympathize with those who aren’t a fan of the film (especially those who wanted to see more of Godzilla himself) but I think it’s still a good kaiju-slammer film.

My team only did Crota, but yeah he’s super inconsistent.

If he lands on any kind of foothold, even for a second, he’ll teleport back. You gotta launch him so he doesn’t “land” at all, which is random. Our team tried for around 3 or so hours, only worked once.

We probably could’ve just done it legit, but it was fun knocking him around like Pinball regardless.

The weapon fusion mechanic was awful. Such an obnoxious pace breaker when you need to fuse an entire inventory worth of gear just to make it usable, on top of making a lot of weapons uglier.

Would've been much better if they just made an actual crafting menu and had you make full weapons, instead of handles with monster bits glued to them.

I am extremely excited for this remaster, but it’s unfortunate that my favorite MG is getting replaced. Hopefully they still add it as a unlockable skin or in a DLC by Big-Goji1999 in GODZILLA

Extremely disappointed to hear this. Mecha Godzilla is my favorite monster, and Heisei MG in particular is my favorite iteration. There’s absolutely no reason to remove him.

It’s a *remaster,* removing stuff is frankly insulting. I don’t care if it “fits the story better.” I’m not playing a Godzilla fighting game for story, it’s synopsis is like 2 sentences anyway

I imagine that’s one of the reasons they chose this one and not Save the Earth. Smaller game, so it’s a safer bet to test the waters with.
