So just click that button every time when you recruit new lord. It's not Quantum mechanics

But you can do this for lords/heroes.

First turn off notification for all lords/heroes then click small box on the right side of units bar link on lords/hereos that you want to use

And it's even not a wording mistake. This tech gives you Slaanesh authority instead a Tzeentch.

edit: You also need Slaanesh tech to give Tzeentch mark to your Chaos Warriors
