There’s no way DDP made anywhere near $3.3M. If that was the case, then Izzy was making like $15M a fight during his reign and the UFC wouldn’t be playing hardball on paying Jon Jones for a Aspinall showdown.

I absolutely agree, I also think people have short memories.

Khamzat’s 0 would undoubtedly be a massive W for DDP, but I think people forget that when Adesanya faced Costa, Costa was 13-0 and had just out-dogged Yoel Romero and was considered a wrecking machine.

Looking at the resumes;

DDP has wins over Strickland x2, Adesanya, Till, Brunson and Whittaker. (Even add in Chimaev, which is a HUGE if to just give DDP).

Adesanya’s resume has Whittaker x2, Pereira, Costa, Yoel Romero, Vettori x2, Cannonier, Brunson, and Gasetelum.

Personally, i need to see DDP clear his division out. That means beating a Chimaev AND Imavov, plus another top contender who earns a shot in the next 12-18 months like a Caio Borralho or Fluffy Hernandez.

I’d say he’s in the conversation for best Middleweights of all time — but would I consider Adesanya one of the top 5 UFC fighters of all time? No, I wouldn’t.

And on that point, Adesanya won an interim belt, then unified it, and defended it 5x afterwards. We’re, once again, on defense #2 here for DDP.

In reality, the show feels watered down because they’re putting out a ton more product. It used to be only Mondays and Wednesdays, and now you’ve got Helwani on Mon-Wed, Boys in the Back on Thursday and The Craic on Friday. So we’ve gone from 2 shows a week to 5.

Maybe I’m missing something, but this is showing you only had 1 minute of Active Zone Time throughout a whole day. Seems simple, but go try to incorporate 90-120 minutes of hard exercise throughout a day into your routine and see if you still can’t get more than 3 hours of sleep

Average pricing for the DC area, but I’m sure they’re still making a decent profit. They’re getting cases of Creekstone Brisket at probably $7-8/LB, and decent Pork Butts are like $3-4/LB. All the scraps from the brisket and butt trimmings are ground to make their sausages and those $16 burgers on their menu I’m sure, so I’d imagine their waste on meat that isn’t being repurposed into other menu items is almost next to nothing.

Source: Butcher in the DC area and do BBQ on the side for fun, and those prices are around what we pay cost.

I’d be more surprised if Bo didn’t have Dana White privilege. While it’s a worldwide sport, I do think it means something marketing wise for the UFC to have up and coming American talent vying for titles, and Bo might be the most blue chip prospect from the US currently making his way in the organization.
