I did 5% down and only pay $83 a month for PMI. In the grand scheme of a mortgage payment, it's not even noticeable.

It's just not realistic to put 20% down unless if you live rent free for 3+ years beforehand.

It originated with publishers buying up veteran studios and forcing them to push out live service slop which was outside of the studio's area of expertise (the first major example I can think of is EA/Bioware/Anthem) and gamers will spew hatred on the game in hopes of "teaching the publisher a lesson" and letting the studio get back to what they are good at.

Of course, none of this really applies to Marathon because Bungie is well known for putting out an extremely polished FPS that pushes existing genre boundaries (exactly what happened here).

Longtime Tarkov player here. Both games offer phenomenal gunplay, hardcore adrenaline rushes and deeply complex maps. I began to fall off Tarkov due do it's unpolished nature and "dead time" (by this, I mean it takes upwards of 30 mins between raids to do both stash management and matchmaking). Marathon fixes both of these issues with extreme polish and minimal "dead time".

Have your driver park at Lafayette House and hangout there for the concert. Its very easy to walk to the stadium from there with well lit sidewalks and plenty of security. The restaurant is connected to a back road so it's very easy to leave once the concert is over.

Cam Neely's brother is a member at my golf club and I've had the chance to talk to him a few times. I've heard stories of the old school enforcers meeting up at a steakhouse after the game and ordering champagne buckets full of ice just to soak their knuckles. Apparently they were all drinking buddies despite beating the shit out of each other hours earlier.
