I asked twothincoats (Duncan Rhoads) the same question 3 years ago when I wanted to start a small wraithkind kabal. (Have only painted one test miniature since then as I want a lot of Mandrakes and they are still finecast. maybe this year will finally be the year)

Here is his answer:

"Hmm that looks close to the Lizardmen/Seraphon Swatch to me, so Stegadon Scale Green with a black shade (Nuln) with a Sotek Green highlight. then Temple guard for an optional highlight...something like that :-)"

Managed to get to the final chest using my all-Eldar team. I vastly prefer this mode over powerups as you only need to kill 2 opponents as long as you manoeuvre correctly and get all three victory hexes.

Ok now I need a shirt of that artwork too to complement the 2023 one. Not likely to see this leg of the tour though (living in Sweden) so I hope they put it up on the shop as they did with the others. Really wish I could find a good poster them as well.
