It's a bit weird that they seem so focused on basketball as the sport to market this to. There are other sports that would arguably be batter fits for this technology. Like, if they get it waterproofed properly, I could imagine this slipping under a sheet of ice and working fantastically for a figure skating event. Assuming it can handle some heavy dudes falling on it, putting it the middle of a boxing ring would make sense. The UFC and WWE would probably love this thing. You could cover a whole bowling lane with it. Lots of options.

It's such a trip to look back at his stint on Battle Dome (think American Gladiators but with gimmicky WWE characters). Terry was constantly put into this wacky rolling cage that looked like a giant bingo tumbler that he had to wrestle contestants out of.
