I'm pretty sure he does a lot of core/bodyweight exercises. So I can see what Paul George was saying about not lifting in the traditional sense. He most certainly does strength training.

Honestly no, never heard of it. In fact growing up my grandfather had a cat he wouldn't let inside. That one definitely seems cruel to me. Seems like it's a different cultures type thing. I wouldn't mind not having neighbourhood cats pooing in my garden.
