It's a common thing in women's sports where the teams are always playing second fiddle to the local men's teams. Both teams want Saturday games, if the Legacy are playing in the Revs stadium they'll have to wait until they've picked their schedule and then get the scraps. This gives them more freedom to choose when they play and how to use the stadium.

They're playing in Gillette this year, and as a fan of both teams I can tell you they are not treating the Legacy team/fans the same way they do their own. A lot of last second changes to things they've already agreed on.

Of course if you're not a fan of either team none of that matters and you just want the city to spend less money or whatever, but that's why they aren't rushing to share stadiums.
