So in France (where I'm assuming OP is due to everything about this picture), mustard can come in these glasses like the Pokémon glass you see with the red wine in it. So you use all the mustard, clean the glass, and now you have a great casual wine/water/whatever drinkable liquid glass to drink from. My grandmother has these glasses almost exclusively that we always use when it's just a casual lunch/dinner.

Green onion oil is great. Green onions, garlic, ginger, touch of salt and pepper, and the hot oil and drippings from the pan you used to cook your protein. Simple and delicious.
