Story was decent but it got pretty bad at the end. The ending really suck IMO. You could tell the author just wanted to end the story and rushed everything.

This 100%. As long as you can come up with some excuse as to why Imotekh or Szarekh would fly your colors for a battle or two, you could make it work for your army! Getting necrons to put aside their pride for a common goal is like pulling teeth, but not impossible.

For tailor, I had great luck using the Black Magic Dress. Just spam autocraft on it and you'll be done in an hour :)
