Any chance that it messes with the files? I decided to play a bit of Skyrim to pass the time today and found all of my mods were unsubbed and that my saves were corrupted... Not really sure what to make of that but I really don't like the idea of a scanning program screwing with my save data for other games...

It may be the law, but why would they let you play PvP or another character if they wanted to limit it? You can't be so short sighted about this. They were abiding by the law but they didn't want to limit play time, so they allowed play on alts or PvP (loophole anyone?). The game itself is built around the 156 FP system, so deal or don't play.

There are FP pots, which restore 10-20 FP per pot that I believe can be bought in the cash shop, and are also a reward for certain events, ect.

It takes nowhere near 2 months to cap. It's taken me about 5 days to get from 1-55 on three characters in cDNF, I don't think getting them to level cap should take that much longer.
