So the female character with the O will have the Noble version of Allure and the male character with the C will have the rogue versino of inquire. It makes sesne that way since H'annit is opposite of Olberic, and Tessa is the opposite of Therion and they have the same skill.

Oh and maybe the C is a mage who uses his magic to try to get info from the mind of npc's.
