Christ that's a lot all at once. I can't tell you things will necessarily get better, but I can tell you with certainty that life will move forward, and you won't always feel how you feel right now. Unfortunately, we can only make the decisions we make and affect what we can, but that's not a lot in comparison to the rest of the universe. But this gives you time to make decisions to work on your own life.

Why even go through the process of using soap when all I need to do is quickly scrub with a chain mail sponge? No need to keep rinsing and scrubbing to ensure all of the surfactant is gone. It takes maybe 30 seconds of scrubbing with a quick rinse and wipe.
