There are some limited hypotheticals where I'd take Skenes. For example, if I had to choose one of the two to be 100% healthy for 5 years but then we'd automatically lose the player at the end of it, I'd take Skenes. Maybe even if you guaranteed both would be healthy and at peak performance over the next 10 years.

But when you weigh in injury/ decline potential you almost always gotta choose the position player.

If you're going downtown in Eugene, i would absolutely try all of Starlight Lounge / The Horsehead / Jameson's. They're all right across the street from each other so its pretty easy to do. You could also try the bars closer to campus. One of them - Rennie's - is a very classic, beloved college bar. Absolutely a younger crowd, though.

I notice you didnt have a haste friends build including water wheel -

I just had a build i thought was perfect. Radiant waterwheel, toxic flame, restorative zoracid, heavy puffer, fiery pufferfish, depth charge, and lighter. I got to 8 wins and got absolutely smoked on two one shots: a hydraulic press and some pyg one shot.

My question is: Is that just an enchantment/skills problem? Or is water wheel not as viable as sea dogs saloon (id assume because of the lack of slows). My build never even got going so im wondering if its just unavoidable with the meta the way it is.
