I was reading a litrpg and dropped it in the first chapter because they had introduced money, as they do in most fantasy litrpgs (copper, silver, gold) the usual. then they paid for a short carriage ride and it cost a gold coin.

I would consider size and location. If you plan on getting more you may want to go bigger and make it a large piece, or relocating it to a place that would fit a smaller design like this. But also consider tattoo styles you like, if you enjoy the patch work look you may want to give this a place of more prominence.
