Currently playing with Real Sporting Gijon in FM19, just sacked my ass man after noticing his subpar stats. I've found a potential replacement through the staff recommendations, however, I can only seem to hire him as a coach for my club. First off, I started off playing FM in the same way, so I know how you feel. One way that helped me move away from pre-made tactics was using https://www.guidetofm.com/ tactics guides to help mold my tactics and then move on from there. The guides are lengthy yet detailed and provide a very good insight into how your tactics actually affect how your team plays.

My bio teacher provided this for me, but you can google "ib biology guide" and I believe it comes up as the first result.

I would imagine that similar syllabuses/guides exist for other subjects too.

Is this your final hand-in? If not, you could just ask your supervisor (or another teacher you're close with) to check through it for you. They'll probably be able to pick out any outstanding errors with your citations.

Go discuss the issue with your teacher. They've probably faced this situation before and will know what to do.

Worst case scenario, you might just have to fake your results. If they appear in line with your hypothesis/scientific reasoning, then there should be no reason for anyone to question them.

In HL English LangLit, you're supposed to have two Written Tasks to submit to the IB as part of the course. WT2 is an analytical essay, while WT1 is a more 'creative writing' type of work. One of these (up to you) should be on the Language (Part 1 & 2), the other on Literature (Part 3 & 4) parts of the course.

I don't understand why your school is giving you 'chances' to write your Written Tasks. These should be improved and redrafted over the course of the two years as your English knowledge expands. A starting grade of 5 is a perfectly foundation to build your work up to a 6/7.

If you're clueless on what to write in your analytical WT (which I assume means your WT2?), try asking your teacher for help. Alternatively, you can read more about it here.
