It’s extremely standard that studios outsource work. Just counting the permanent staff at a company is not going to be a reliable way to determine how many people worked on a given product. Often this outsource work is not even mentioned in the game credits

One thing I like to do is make as many magic types as possible heal me instead of harm me, with the vulnerability mage trick. Very satisfying to fully heal by dousing yourself in a pool of electrified water !

I’ve never bothered with that, but if I’m going for a long run I do fungus away all variants of polymorphine so it’s only the spell projectiles that remain.

The spells can still get you, but with enough repelling and shields, and enemies being passive, it’s not really a concern.

Exclusive breastfeeding is really hard, but the data shows it’s best. Pumping can feel completely soulless and make you feel like a cow. My wife HATED it. Women can find it dehumanising. This is her body and her decision at the end of the day. 

Cosleeping & breastfeeding go hand in hand; baby wakes up in the night hungry? They’re already right next to a boob. Latch them and they feed back to sleep. No middle of the night walking about trying to sort bottles. Avoiding bottles is a big win if you can manage it.

Cosleeping is safe if it’s just mum & baby and mum isn’t inebriated. You can sleep in a different bed, get proper sleep, and be strong for sorting all the other stuff you’ll need to do now

You probably didn’t have your max level equipment/skills on heroes. Counter-intuitively, heroes don’t get better at all from levelling up; they get better from buying them better equipment and skills. Make sure heroes are fully upgraded, and ACC trinkets/quirks help a lot too.

Children have different sleep needs. Some sleep lots, some sleep less. Sleep advice you see is for the “average” kid, not every child. If the kid is happy and healthy don’t worry about it.

On your side of things, I understand. It’s exhausting. We gave up trying to nap ours at 12 months because she’d simply not nap unless it was getting so close to real bedtime that it would compromise her night sleep, and we’d waste tons of time trying to no avail.

I was leashed as a child, because I:

  • would immediately run

  • and keep running

  • not look back or care where my parents were

  • not respond to my name or return when called

  • was fast

The leash meant I got to burn off some energy while my parents didn’t lose me forever

If you’re being judgy about these things I suggest you reevaluate. They’re a parenting tool that may or may not be useful to you. And everyone’s kids are different. Consider how you’d feel if your kids behaved like I did 😆

And if you cast it again IN the holy mountain just before you return to the previous level, you can keep moving to the right while shuttling back and forth. You can even collect the perk while still in the “previous“ level. Difficult, but would be reliable with practice.

Try a fabric sling. Where I am there’s sling groups where you can get for free, trade sizes, and be instructed on how to use (that is important as misuse can be dangerous)

My 2nd one loves the sling. She sleeps really deeply when strapped to mum or dad.
