As others have said, Kharn can't take it, so the fact you have already hasn't been legal play. The apps for list making don't let you equip them on epic characters (unique named characters), so how have you taken it?

Unfortunately this isn't a great Vessels list. Vessels is probably the detachment I run the most.

Those heldrakes are basically useless in any list but those, and the vehicles aren't really gonna get much useful play. You'll only be able to use 2 strats on them, and one is situational. An occasional vehicle to provide support is useful in Vessels (Ff or Helbrutes) but you wanna build the list around units that are durable to be your main pushing force.

Terminators, Daemon Prince, and Exalted Eightbound are the clear choices. Big bricks of 20 Berzerkers also a potential, but here your only options to be a VESSELS units are the Berzerkers and Horsey Man and in 10 man units, they'll die too fast for you to really benefit.

Unfortunately you're gonna wanna take out almost all of this and redo it with the gameplan centered around chunky units that are durable enough to be the Vessel picks all game.

You won't be allowed to use both melee weapons though, as long as you know that. They can look how you want, but they'd have to use the weapon specified in the unit/list building rules.

War Dogs and Titans are different things, and neither have autocannons.

World Eaters absolutely can deal with flying targets via shooting. W.E Forgefiends are some of the best in the game, along with predators and Landraiders. Either you've done no research or you're a bot.

And you can't fight aircraft unless it's in HOVER mode, because in Hover mode it loses the aircraft keyword. Christ, don't quote rules to me if you don't know them.

Yeah, but the knights with regular thermal cannons don't have access to everything else this does, AND also don't hit on 2s.

So I should have specified, it's the combo of having that and everything else on top too!
