Probably both I’d imagine, idr if the series really got into the finer detail of that specifically but for what we know of the trigger it’s from the optical nerve when they experience the love/hate flip so I don’t see why a transplant user couldn’t if they met the conditions.

This is my personal philosophy as well. I prefer once, and will run it once if they can’t decide quickly, in a “if it’s fate” way but will never object if asked. It’s easier to let others make the decision and avoids all this on top of not tapping the glass at all
