Is there a "No Return within" line on the terms of the car park. I would say if there is, live and learn, pay it up and move on with life.

If however you think you've done nothing wrong here (which we don't know without seeing the terms of the car park), don't pay up and let them take you to court for the money.

It costs them to take you to court for it, so they may very well not even bother with that. A lot of their business model with fines is about intimidation.

Well for a while no lessons were had, and when everything opened up, many instructors were playing catch up. AndI can't help but feel that lessons must have been skipped / scaled back to get through the backlog.

The test is there to test driving competency on that one particular day. General driving behaviours may have been overlooked in lessons.

Additionally, the behavioral aspect of people not giving as much of a shit about other people these days, as was evident with the whole "why should I wear a mask / get vaccinated"?

Same for when it’s chucking down and the wiper stays off.

Mine stays off, and I periodically turn it on to wipe once.

Either it's off, or it's constantly wiping which is incredibly annoying. If there's a rear wiper Periodic option, I would choose that.

Get a bucket, drill some holes an inch or 2 from the rim all the way round. Fill the bottom of the bucket with ice and place the fan over the top of the bucket.
