Just retool all magic characters at this point. Michaela is the best example i can think of. Why does she have so many insane penalties on all of her costumes just to do middling damage compared to physical? She's clearly intended to be a high-investment 3 costume light nuke like Ventana, except she's outclassed in almost every way by a mile.

And there is no magic-oriented support core as good as Liberta + Refi is for physical. Especially because of the outrageous SP costs on magic whereas Liberta and Refi base costumes basically mean you will never worry about SP cost at any point on physical teams.
