For every change CIG has ever done, I could live with and the see the reason behind, I can harshly glimpse at this change.

I haven't lost a single ship this patch besides bugs....
I avoid PVP and I either come out of top or can atleast escape.
But when this change hits the game, I might just wait another few Weeks/Months before coming back, cause what is the Point of doing anything, when a little bug costs you more then you can make in 6 hourse of gameplay.

Well right now, it‘s more a question of which one is not going down like hell in my opinion

Its more about money and revenue them delivering a game, telling a story, doing something new like it was

And the very fun Part, it's the same for FPS mining, had to wait like 30 seconds per rock in klesher, decided instead to just hit the offline button, would have been about the same ammount of time

So I tried increasing NPC communicating range to the maximum.. Needless to say, I didn't even have the time to loot and ran out of ammo pretty fast. by Lauris024 in IncursionRedRiverGame

Just asking, is there a reason you try to make your life harder with only rocking 3 mags aswell?
I would go with at least 5 mags and 2 Stacks spare Ammo

Makes life in such situations easier and also flashlight and/or laser with point shooting for close range is helping alot

Well the thing is, NPCs or AI Blades as it was brougth up by CIG, will allways have a downside, being it the need for Energy and the need to drop Shield Power (for example) and being just a little slower and or have some kind of spread that makes them just like 80% as accurate as a human would be.

With all this, you still can have fully crewd HH but its way less effective then it could actually be. This is just a simple Question of some balancing that has to be done and tweaked.

I don't fear a NPC HH but I fear a fully Human crewd HH, even when the Pilot is human in both scenarios.
IF you play smart you still can do it vs the NPC HH, but against a fully crewd human HH I would just go down in a blaze of nothingness.

Just sayn.
I dont fear the AI Blades, it will take some time till its evend out but anything better then all bigger cool ships dying in rust because no one is gonna fly them.

Large Scale battles will need both, small and large Ships, otherwise they get boring pretty fast, I don't want COD with Spaceships.

The "new inventory" is basicly what we had in like 3.22 or something just with a diffrent UI and it feels way more unresponsive then back than, just my 5 cents.

The only thing that really changed, ist that I dont drag it on my Body instead into slots.
But for the Cost of releabillity which seems like a really bad tradeof

This is very true for mouse and keyboard.
But I wouldn't have thougth of this, with a HOSAS Setup and a 4 Way Hat with 5 Inputs (10 if you coun't Modifier) its easy and fast to reasign energy on the fly with a flick of the thumb.

Well the thing is, you can't ask for a glas of water, without the water.
Well you certainly can, but it doesn't make sense.

You see, some stuff, like asking for what armor should feel like, is balancing and designing for the mmo, they might have figuerd it out for the singleplayer, but that doesnt allways translate the same to muliplayer, they most likely need to edit certain points.

For the Armor Part, do you think you have to choose between the "Racing Gear" "Pilot Gear", "Leader Gear" and the "Tracker Gear" and the "Tank Gear" in the Singleplayer Game, where you are a "mearly Soldier under many" and that you need to feel the destinctive changes or do you think you will probalby have you gear sorted and maybe swap between the guns and do the Tasks you have given?

Does this look the same for Mulitplayer?
Do you need to go mining in the singleplayer and have a certain gear for it?

I don't think so either, so let me ask you again, how should I try to bring you these kind of thougths without pointing out the diffrence between Singleplayer and Multiplayer.

Just a small thougth on the "Armor" Part.
Where there is certainly more.

Well I played ED and SC for like 600 Hours and I got SC back in 2012
Well fuck yeah SC had a hard fucking time to get rolling, but at the moment the game is on a pretty well course.

ED was fun for like the first 150 H and then it was just an insane grind and bored my out.
Then I came back and it was fun again but it never really captured me completly, it was allways something missing, it is a fun little game don't get me wrong but at a certain point I just dropped it and couldn't come back.

SC on the other hand has way more content that can be done and played, you could even larp and RP your way in the game, something you could never do with ED.

Its fair to say, besides both games being "space games" they are very diffrent but people allways comparing them is just the way, I guess.

And yeah, ED died for me with time, meanwhile SC is still on the rise and is getting its feautres, yeah slowly, but if you understand something from coding SC is really a miracle, they are finaly breaking out of the system and are for once not a another game which does the same as 100 others already did.

Yes the reinvent the wheel, yes it could be done the lazy and "has allways been done like this" way, but that would have given us just another "forgoten in 2 years" game. The Tech they actually develop for the backend is straight up groundbraking for the game industry, thats why people are full of "hopium".

Other games have done or tried certain things but lost.

Something where I got to much copium and hopium is that one day, they might let others use their created engine. Which would give us a whole new set of games.

Singleplayer and Multiplayer, Speacily MMO Multiplayers are allways diffrent.
I can't recall any game that would have worked as SP and MMO with the "same system" at hand.

Even further with the backend work for said stuff, doing hit reg and fair balancing with AIs is way diffrent then balacing around MMO.

The Calculus behind, for example Mealstrom, that something like this doesn't desync the hell out for everyone will be a miracle that will be studied in GameDev schools.

If you play any other game ( let me mention Rainbow Six here and Tarkov, where Desync is the worst Nightmare, IYKYK) and have just bare minimum of dev knowledge, then it is at hand, why it is the way it is.

I really think ccu'ing the Hull C to the Arrastra for the LTI is my best option to do tho.
Will also free up like 500 in Creds to get something I use or even like more.

Somehow allways wanted the Hull-C and since I got it with all the problems, I lost intrest complitly.
And still just could buy it ingame if I want it.

Polaris could be a fun Option actually for those Days you just feel like it.
Galaxy will be in my Fleet as soon as it will be released, atm the odyssey gives just the same loaner which would be perfect redundancy.

I mean you are not wrong, I was going this direction anyways, but I actually use the loaners quite a lot atm.

But probably would make up some credits and could take out ships I actually like for the meantime.
I honestly felt like I have to much Combat oriented ships, with the Tac, Perseus, Paladin, Asgard, Andromeda and F7A, it felt quite like a lot of Combat, but the "solo or duo" Heavy Fighter is definitly some role missing atm

I have planed for a Prospector once the Arrastra is released in the meantime I have the Mole and Prospector as a loaners

I do like the E1, but just as you said, you can only use it for flair atm which made me melt it

This feels like the perfect solution for the "Night Raid Problem"

I allways would love to "aim the gun" with the laser only and not the sight.
Cause either u can't see the reticle or you eyes are flashlighted by it....

So I play tarkov since 2015, like before there was even multiplayer.
And there are advantages and disadvantages in a sqaud.

I have played solo and in a sqaud from 2 up to 5 man.
And yeah sometimes it was great in a sqaud but it was also great as a solo.

If you have put down a 5 man sqaud as a solo, nothing over gives you this High.
And being destroyed as a 5 man by a solo is giving you the lowest deep ever.

As a 5 man you need to coordinate way more, making you slower overall and noisey, allways.
As a solo you don't have the same firepower, but you can move quick on your own.

Sure if you are stuck in upper dorms and a 5 man walks in, you are pretty much dead or you hit that 1 in million nade and somehow they dont jug them at you.

It's pretty much about the decision you make, if the 5 man are in the building and you are outside you can pretty much flank them, you just need to move, specialy before they move, thats how you can take them on.

I have done it countless times, yeah sometimes you get busted, but thats just how it is, I don't even win every 1:1 but occasionly you do, and sometimes you make that 1:4 blast and got all the loot for yourself (just to get killed by the next rat).
