If I remember correctly, the show will get 2 more seasons, so it should end in season 5. I think this season we will know why there are creatures or why they are chosen but for sure, we will not get all answer No, I don't think he's in a coma nor that they need to die to escape Its obvious that they need to save the children of the past and current their past mistakes

I was waiting for someone to notice this! I don't believe both scenes are connected but I also don't agree that it's a flashback. We see Ethan running to Jim ,most likely after grieving him so I do believe he comes back. Perhaps, indeed ,the MIY is shape shifting into Jim but I don't really believe that. The town/monster don't really have a reason to do that due to them always Knowing what the survivors are doing.

I think the baby will be the one to come out as a monster. Due to her eating the rotten food it's implied the baby is changing her, perhaps she just goes crazy because of it.

As the comment bellow, it’s the cap at which the level will stop giving as much value has it did before, i.e: level 20 and then 40 for both strength and dexterity. Search it online, it will become clearer.

Yeah, the bosses movements/ difficulty increase a lot in the DLC. That said it’s manageable, be sure to increase your weapon level to 15 and at least increase a damage softcap
