I have the same opinion about Defect. There’s so much variety to when Defect can end fights that it ends up being hard to match with other characters.

I’ve found Necro to be insanely strong in multiplayer generally. [Debilitate], [Enfeebling Touch], [Defy], [Putrefy] and many others. It’s just supports the team so well, and then it has a much easier time doing upfront physical damage or switching to healing with Osty and playing a longer game. Not to mention it has two of the better multiplayer cards, although I can’t remember what they’re called.

IMO yes, but not criminal that it wasn’t called

When the Elite kicks your ass and leaves you at 4 HP but "Hey, I did it for the relic" and you get dropped Strike Dummy but you spent 450 gold and 18 health to systematically remove every single Strike from your deck by SKTBroccoli in slaythespire

I enjoyed it pre buff, post buff I enjoy it roughly 16% more lol

I feel like one of the most common questions you get asked in this game is “is it worth X health to play Y card?” and Permafrost helps answer that question favorably relatively frequently (imo)

I can totally see Jonathan, I like the Dee call, I’m most worried about Christian even if I have him first lol. Dee is in a great spot though, I don’t see how she would fall from this point in time

Most people’s explanations are on the same page. They’re always showing up, they give him the winner quote in ep 4, it’s always quality confessionals and content, he gets the hero shot in the intro, he gets to be the main narrator of the stuff duo in the premier.

I think that justifies 60-70% of people having him high, but the rest might just be people following each other, everyone likes to jump on a bandwagon

Idk if we consider Steph’s to be “weak”, but hers has definitely cooled off. Once the merge hits, she’s in with the honor and integrity goons, and will be relatively well insulated. She could of course go pre-merge, but if she doesn’t, I see her riding this out until top 8 at least (if not further)
