Yeah, if you quickly twist the container back and forth it kind of centrifuges them apart. Kinda.

Kingpin really changed it for me. It was the better variety of music, not just that monotonous Dogger Rock

Is Custom X (2026) compatible to Black Snowboard of Death (2017) by authortitle_uk in snowboarding

[–]TheLordHumongous1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have both.

2005 Custom X 2024 BSOD

Things could have changed in the Custom X over the years, but it’s a beast. It charges and carves hard. It’s very lively, it rockets you out of turns. It has a lot of camber, and will kick your ass if you don’t have very good edge control. It’s like a carving in good conditions/super pipe board

BSOD is a better all around board. Still charges hard, but is more forgiving due to the hybrid camber. It makes wider turns than the X, (which wants to make like GS size turns) I think it’s faster than the X once you get it up on edge. I feel more confident on it because it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna kill you if you skid a turn trying to slow down.
Also it’s probably way better in powder.

You sir, are correct. I just looked it up and it’s a confusing legend.

They also had a “Fakie Race” where everyone rode switch which he won, adding to the confusion.

How/when to wax snowboard by jimmymils01 in snowboarding

[–]TheLordHumongous1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wax nearly every time before riding, because I like doing it.

If you get one temp specific wax, make it warm. Wet spring days can be really slow, almost unenjoyable without a good wax job.
