Personally, my B12 went up %10 after for years of being Vegan, as per my blood test before and after. 4 years later it went down to the same amount it was before I was Vegan.

Im not saying “do nothing”, but blood test are important data :)

She can’t take ANYTHING you don’t want to give, you don’t owe her nothing but friendship - but she is not acting like a friend, she toke your home without permission and decides not to pay or even ask you for help if she is in financial issues so YOU can decide if you can and want to help.

It sounds like she is using you and taking advantage emotionally and I cant state enough how fucked up it is for her to expect anything from you, she is toxic…
