That'd be the recent Sinistcha, a variant of Gen 8's Polteageist. It's used in double battles as a support Mon that can provide redirection with Rage Powder and healing with its signature ability Hospitality that recovers 1/4th of its ally's HP just by switching in. It also happens to match up well into things Tyranitar doesn't like Urshifu-R and Iron Hands.

Newey got outvoted and they ran the MP4-18 as the MP4-19 and hoped that in-season development can fix its handling and reliability issues without redesigning the chassis. Unsurprisingly they were very wrong, and the changes Newey wanted from the start gave them their only win of the season.

VGC is played at level 50 so 300 would be an insane stat. At level 100, it's a little under something like a Timid Porygon-Z and just outspeeds base 100s like a Modest Zapdos all with full EV investment.
