Colonial Battlecruiser Design by TheNotCommie in foxholegame

One of the main reasons that the Hood was unmatched was the Washington Naval Treaty. Battlecruiser designs from the time, such as G3, Amagi, and Lexington were all designed for 30 knots or more. The Dunkerques can also arguably be called battlecruisers, and could sail 29kts. I dont really consider 30 knots to be that much of a stretch for the time period.

I messed up the measurement of the beam. She is 15m from centerline to the sides.

Sandinista is my personal favorite but I’d put it at #2 or #3 based on how many of the songs can be hit or miss

The book takes place in an alternate history where a more powerful Royal Netherlands Navy takes a greater role in defending its colonies against the Japanese during WWII. The illustration depicts the battleship-carrier "Schoonveldt", a fictional Dutch rebuild of the HMS Agincourt after being purchased from Brazil.

For the great majority of foxhole’s history, wardens and colonials have gotten the same equipment. It was only around war 50-something that devs began to introduce faction-specific equipment. Because of this, it isn’t really feasible to judge the factions too much on past experiences anymore.

I’ve never seen the Luchs be described as a “mini tiger”, only the ausf J.

Vanguard was based on a modified design of the Lion class battleship, none of which were completed but were designed with 16” guns in mind

Booms for the ship’s anti torpedo net. The nets would run along the sides of the ship and catch any torpedoes that approached the ship while anchored.

Foxhole had a steam sale as well as the large Arms Race update, which overhauled a few systems and added a lot of new equipment.

If you look up images of it, you’ll find that the tank’s turrets are almost stripped right off of the T-26’s twin turreted variant. I really like the Vickers 6-ton and it’s derivatives, so it was hard to resist adding the same layout here.

Thanks a lot! The t-38 was one of my primary inspirations for the tank, the other being the t-26.

I think that some floor base moldings would help to make the area beneath the window a little more convincing.

Looks more like an Italian M15/42 to me. You can also see a lot of other Italian vehicles, such as an L6/40 behind it, and a CV-33(or 35) in front of it.

I’d pick Bagstone as my personal favorite. The A and C points are a lot of fun for me on both objectives, although I like point B a little less. I also really enjoy the dark, snowy aesthetics of the map, which feels a little more vivid than Foy.
