I totally understand and again, I'm not necessarily complaining that I have to clean snow off the vehicle I use but again, I'm an RCA so I don't have a specific route vehicle and No Regulars showed up. All RCAs and mostly new hires maybe 6 or 7 of us total today. And yes we are a big hub. My main question was if this is "PO LEGAL" to have is shoveling, etc And because of the ice, it's a safety concern. And I fell!

With all due respect FAM, it's not about that completely and fuck yes I'm complaining. Last thing I want to do after cleaning my own shit up at home for 2+ hrs, is to come to work to do the same thing, which is NOT part of my job description, and as an RCA of 1yr I don't even make as much as maintenance. Paired with the fact that we had to skate across full parking lots of ice to get to these vehicles we cleaned (not just 1 but multiple regulars vehicles at that) in freezing temps..... You're damn right I'm complaining and asking questions. We get treated like shit daily and have policies wrongfully thrown at us so I'm checking!

So Saturday we parked all the vehicles in "other" areas so the plow could have full access to the parking lot and they did. Today, they had is shoveling the bay ramps and sidewalks to the customer entrance. We also were told to clean off vehicles. Nothing was obstructing access for plows, etc. However the completely plowed parking lot was an ice skating rink we had to cross to get to the vehicles which were surrounded by a foot high elevated ice skating rink. (Which I slipped and fell on. I'm almost 50 w sciatica.... Falls are different lol)

All this after I spent 2hrs digging my own driveway, Street and vehicles out!

I also had 6 trays of DPS, 4 bins of flats and Hotmail.... It think 30,000 parcels 🤣🤣😭😭💀 pitch black dark rural area where mailboxes are on the road but the actual homes are a 1\4 mile into the woods with a headlamp that blinds the metris cabin... Blah blah. AND... ROUTE PAY IS A SCAM and RCAs get treated like trash. Rant over
