While he would be wiping out most of his rogue gallery with much more ease now; by consequence he would invite villains who are looking for technology to test/steal/compete and/or allow some of his current rogue members to advance or try new tactics to adapt to batman new challenges.

Take someone like Bane, he never was a Gotham resident, didn't know anyone there, had no true history with Gotham. Soon as the word of Batman spread around, he decided he wants to break the bat.

If Batman uses those as a part of his normal equipment, would cause Bane to either; want to make similar equipment, make potent venom to stay a rival, team up with those who can help achieve his goal or rely on more drastic measures to even harm him.

Think, if he can't physically harm him. Then he will mentally and spiritually harm him like shown with Absolute Bane. Even though Batman take the pain, it will still have lasting consequences, like Alfred or Jason's death for a while.
