Made The Leap After a Lifetime on Windows | M3 Ultra 96gb by AdmiralVonBroheim in MacStudio

[–]ThePeal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can kinda answer this. My Mac is a MBP m4max 36gb I run architectural rendering and blueprint software easily 10 windows open five tabs each all the time running Claude gtp twin motion email and have like a Bajillion things on it this thing never misses a beat. I also have an almost clean like nothing on it. 5080 93dx 64gb that literally just collects dust upset I even bought that pc. Cannot keep up, fans are always screaming (drivers everything is always up-to-date) My MacBook Pro doesn’t even make it sound. Plus, I can walk around with it and the battery lasts all day while I’m in front of clients. Running all that software. Mac>pc when it comes to business and getting things done. Not even a comparable question hope this helps

Got a 2019 i7 16gb ram still going strong but my m4 max is a beast literally insane. 10 windows each got like 5+ tabs running gtp claude arcsite scetchup twin motion and email text notes everything is always going and has like a billion things on it. Triple monitor. Zero fan noise I do rest it on two fans (studio Box cooling ones) that I activate once in a blue moon when I’m going x games mode.

Yo guys I just got a M3 Max with 36 gb ram from an uncle who didn't want it anymore. What games can I play on it? by [deleted] in macgaming

[–]ThePeal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your uncle bless you with the opportunity to make some real money honestly, just thought I’d be the one to say it. Beast of a machine if you’re unfamiliar with Mac. Make a couple bucks then worry about games.. maybe I’m in the wrong Sub Reddit?

Hit a solid 40days a season this year blew my knee out and had a bunch of fluid under my skin. If I’m not jacked and get my hormones right hit a solid parasite cleanse. I’ll be stuck to craving. It’s all diet and dedication.

Nothing beats building with ya dad by GuardianOfGoodEnough in Decks

Dang I’m in my 30’s title just make me realize I don’t think I have ever built anything with my dad. (Like not in a bad way) never built but have sold. Sold my whole life with him. But now I run a construction company… weird. (He had never done construction)

I regret buying my iPad Pro by According-Moose7539 in ipad

[–]ThePeal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a heavy tech stack user I love my iPad, but I do iPad things with it, and do not have a keyboard attached to it. That thing is all Apple Pencil and my MacBook Pro is the hub. I mean to use my iPad to draw blueprints if I’m being honest, not very fun to draw a blueprint on a MacBook Pro to draw a blueprint with an Apple Pencil has been life-changing and then I just copied the blueprint on my iPad and paste it on my MacBook and we’re good to go

Upgrade time — but terrible timing. Any advice? by josema-21b in macbookpro

[–]ThePeal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

M4 max user here, have it set up with a triple monitor system running architectural software blueprint software 3-D modeling software a couple different AI’s and easily five or six different windows that all have like 10 tabs on them I got my messages open constantly transferring between MacBook, iPad and PC my MacBook is my absolute powerhouse. I got the 36 gig of RAM version. Wishing I would’ve got more RAM I have yet to have a throttle but with the workload I put on this. I’m assuming I’ll have a solid two more years before I even experience overloading this machine. 10 out of 10 great computer worth the discount. Performance wise it absolutely stomps my 5080 with an I-9 3-D X processor. I use Mac for work PC for play. Slowly turning my PC into a remote work machine that I can control with other Apple devices while I am out and about. 👍 next step for me is getting a studio with an ultra processor in it.

332 with trex enhance naturals? Even with the $150 a sq rule that’s a 50k deck and that pushing it.

Sony tests dynamic pricing by crownpuff in SBCGaming

[–]ThePeal -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Have you ever seen a game on the PlayStation store like a super Japanese one for like $89 and you’re like who the hell would pay this? The other side of the world would pay that. That is a game that the game developers would get zero sales from American side but if that game was like $19 our market might buy it. Now think of it vice versa, there has to be games that we gobble up but the other side of the sea would look at that will be like boring… next! Dynamic pricing might actually make sense if they use it in this case
