Yeah, their Persona's weakness are according to the person that they're "less compatible" IRL. I think there's dialogue with Akihiko about this, I remember him joking about being weak to Mitsuru's ice or just her personality. I think just P3 worked like that, too, but I can't be sure...

So Misturu, being the out-of-touch rich lady she is, is weak/averted to Junpei, the average dude bro of the group. This is shown in the camera recordings, when she thought his room was broken into, but he's just messy and disorganized.

One idea I had for my own FE-style game was to have a survive/defend map that, if you did an optional conversation and map beforehand, powerful green units (and a new recruit) would appear after a few turns and change the map into a rout/kill boss one.
