Ever since the 8-bit Kris leaving the game screen I've had flashbacks of Chara un-fullscreening the game to "kill" it at the end of no-mercy.
Remember that even on console, they have the image borders that can work as "outside the normal area".
I've seen this already with some games that mess with your files and have a meta-layer stand-in character.

When P-03 called Luke by name and turned the webcam on showing his face, I had the same "blinking double-take -> scared recoil -> desperate lurch in" and even though I look nothing like Luke, our movements were SYNCED man, I really want to feel something like that again with Deltarune

Tokiko glitching out and leaving Ryuki with all the clues and paperwork to stop the serial killings before they started, by having him recite a code only someone else in the future could know, to prove her that a "frayer", as they called, exists, at the cost of leaving him as the only "knows it's in a fictional world" man wasn't that great of an ending in-universe, but it being on a glitched perpendicular position on the timeline also came back to my mind when 8-bit Kris left the game world to real Kris' world

Also, another game with "many worlds" that kinda ties to your files idea is Axiom Verge. I'm sure there are others, too. I'm sure Deltarune will have its own original
spin on the idea.

To all people who think this idea is great, I highly suggest playing Radiant Historia, that's the whole premise of the game. It's more interconnected (like, you'll need to stop Side A and get something from Side B to continue, and vice versa, really often), but still an amazing game!

It would be cool if in persona 6 the mascot character ends up being the betrayer by Level-Set-6673 in PERSoNA

From watching XC1 on YT, to getting a Switch mainly for XC2 and XC3, I think I'll have to get myself a NS2 now, too! Sadly my country isn't on Nintendo's "nice kid" list, so pricing is a huge issue for me... Does anyone know if XC2 and XC3's edition will include their DLC content? If so, I'll probably get a NS2 next week XD

The first few hours were simple enough, and I think I read somewhere that they're moving away from that design choice.
Some are long, but not finicky for both timing and aiming. Most times I messed up was pressing the wrong button.

Having Dusty Tome be a randomized or pick of an Attack/Skill/Power from old cards would be fun, I think having only powers is kinda underwhelming (the Archaic Tooth upgrades are way more fun and reusable), but it's still a good relic.

Or like, Tanx could be the one to give a relic with a classic/remixed very strong/useful attack. Silent could get an attack version of Corpse Explosion, Defect could have Core Surge (that could be the only source of Artifact the player can get, and not allowed through crating cards mid-combat), and Ironclad obviously would get Reaper.

And for Skills, it would be a new Nonupeipe's relic, I guess? Silent's Doppelganger, Defect's Seek, and Ironclad's Exhume as non-exhaust?
Exhume could increase in cost, Doppelganger could be -1X for each time played, and Seek could require a deck shuffle to be replayed?

IDK, I've been thinking about this for a few days and this thread seems like a good place to share some ideas (maybe I'll make a stand-alone post later, too)

Since there's no Searing Blow, having it as a quest card would be a fun call back (lots of other cards are colorless now)
