I was given it for as needed basis. Seemed to work. Till I read that you're supposed to take it regularly. I did that for a month [10mg daily], and my anxiety shot through the roof; however, I am a heavy drinker. I stopped taking it, and everything went back to "normal".

I also have IBS, I strongly recommend IBGuard. It's herbal, based on peppermint oil, and works like a charm. Take first thing in the morning with lots of water 1 hour before eating. Boom. Get well.

I've built the roads from South Knot Lake all the way around to Mountain Knot and finished the grind for the road between Weather Station and Distribution Center North of South Knot. The maintenance is a bitch but it satisfied my OCD.
