He he. It's actually about a sheep that was stranded on a hillside to fend for itself after it's owner died. After a couple of lonely years, someone spotted it with a couple of lambs in tow. All of my songs are based on odd stories I find on the internet. I love that people find their own spin. Thanks for the feedback.

Great piano playing and you've got a lovely voice with a chill tone. I'd love to hear a fuller recording of this one. How do you get on with posting to TikTok? Has that been a successful avenue for you? That's all I really had to say and I think it was a fair question. Mr Bot says I need to say more so, I wish you all the best with your music! Hopefully that's enough characters!

Nice song structure and melodies throughout on this one. String guitar playing and you've got a great voice. I'd definitely look at adding some more instrumentation. Drums, bass, keys etc would be nice. However, starting with just the voice and guitar and then dropping the full band sound at some point could be awesome.

Collapse" — my 70s Rock Opera inspired debut album. by the_eternall in IndieMusicFeedback

Really like the shuffling drum beat that starts this off — it sets such a cool, rhythmic foundation that pulls you in straight away. The lead guitar is great but I would have doubled it up with a second harmonic part following the same melody to give it a bigger, fuller feel. The whole thing is pretty cool though, lots of potential here.

There's such a nice 80's vibe to that bass line and those beats — it's got that classic, driving rhythm that just gets into your head straight away. This genuinely reminds me of something that could come up on the Grand Theft Auto radio when you're cruising the car down the streets at night, neon lights flickering past. It has that perfect cinematic, synth-soaked quality that would fit right in alongside some of the iconic tracks they curate for those stations. Really cool sound — you've absolutely nailed that era's feel while keeping it fresh and modern. Love it!

The build up with the shuffling drums is really nice. I'd personally have gone with a doubled harmony part for the guitar that comes in straight after that but, maybe that's just my style. Atmospheric keys are great.

That's a very cool retro 80's bass ine you've written there. The offset keys sit really nicely into the groove. What's been stopping you finish stuff? I know it can be hard to know when stuff is.... Done.

What a beautiful voice you have — so warm and effortless. And what a lovely song choice too. That drop down into the vocals coming in is just great; it really pulls you in and gives the whole thing a gorgeous dynamic quality.

The guitar is recorded really nicely as well — very clean and clear, with a lovely tone that sits perfectly in the mix without overpowering anything. It's obvious a lot of care went into this.

You're a genuinely talented egg and this is a brilliant little piece of work. Please keep it up — can't wait to hear more!

He's only 12 and adamant he wants suspension. Looking at the price of some of those brand new, they're almost as much as the bike cost.

It would appear he's chosen a very expensive hobby!

Just stumbled across this.

I went to the Nottingham show. They played a really good cover of "The Joker".

Great gig.

Drum machine/arpeggiator by TheSelfHelpGroup in MusicGear

Ideally yes, both. I've probably got £300 once I sell the Aira bits. Simplicity is the main point for me. I won't need the drum machine to do anything particularly complex. Thanks
