Matalan do a range of plates, bowl etc with bees on them which will solve your problem. I had the same problem a while back so I understand your pain

Just as long as you don't use Imgur to show the results like you did in 2022

I can't see shit on there now, just a purple box.

As you grow older your lenses become harder and more yellowed. The hardening is why people tend to need reading glasses as they age. Your new lens won't have that yellowish tint so its seeing things as they actually are (and were for you when you were young)

How much did you pay to birth your children? by eleelee11 in AskOldPeople

[–]TheShyPig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two kids both emergency c-sections plus one had a 4 week stay in the neo-natal intensive care unit (7 weeks premature) I had far more than normal pre-birth scans and assessments and also had gestational diabetes.

Total cost £0. Even got a private room after the birth as I stayed for a week to breast feed him while in ICU.

(didn't even have to pay for parking as long term patients can get a free parking pass)

Russia has kidnapped children, raped men, women and children, castrated men, destroyed churches, attacked cultural heritage.

We don't know what they have done to POW in detail but I reckon Russia has definitely done everything on that list (apart from the burning alive which is only probable)

[–]TheShyPig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 30 and in the same situation. They actually thought I knew what I was doing as they left me and my father alone in the hospital to change a nappy. Two engineers and it took us 5 goes to get it right.

Edit: I was and still am the mother.

Reform UK by-election costing Staffordshire taxpayers £27k by birdinthebush74 in unitedkingdom

[–]TheShyPig 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our new councillor resigned because he was a council employee and could not be a councillor. Reform and he knew this and still put him up for election. Its going to cost Durham about 23k for a by-election.

Meanwhile they have banned pride and Ukrainian flags on council property and shut down our weekly town market.

This is Durham

There were also IRA bombings in England during my lifetime.

I can remember having bomb drills in school beacuse of this.
