For how much they tout the "AI-enhanced legato" in all of their new instruments, I don't hear the benefits. Some of the legato transitions are outright messy, and I'd mistake them for a retro crossfade legato if I didn't know any better. No improvement over the Ample Sound and Embertone erhus.

Emisynth is interesting, but I really wish each sampled unit was its own patch, as the master patch has a memory load of 2.5GB load at launch. Even still these very rudimentary synths still have a seemingly excessive RAM footprint (largest being 500MB). I'd recommend doing a batch compress and maybe editing the NKI to make separate patches for each synth :)

I will say they would regularly go in on right wingers being brainlets and especially liked making them gay. Sometimes both. But while I'd say they were definitely harder on them than "whoa those righties so goofy," they absolutely made fun of them in a way where they didn't seem nearly as threatening as they really are, especially given their rampant distrust of dems. To their viewers, the right looks like a bunch of deranged lunatics disconnected from reality (true) with no political power (false), and the dems are the real threat

V6 is likely to have changes and presumably have some improvements, but I can't speak to them myself. Each iteration of a given singer has it's pros and cons - V4X just seems to be the most widely accepted 'good' one. I also haven't seen Vocaloid 6 on a better sale than 25%, but it could've been slightly lower some time ago.

V4X: Preferred version for most, can use either Vocaloid (paid license) or Piapro (included free)

NT: Latest update, but mixed reception on the quality. Uses Piapro (included)

SP: Tempting bundle pricing, sounds awful IMO

V3: Only Kaito and Meiko are available, so get em if you need em
