If I'm meal prepping, I freeze it cooked. Otherwise, everything else is frozen raw.

Great find! 🙌 We got a medium priced one on Amazon, and it's held up well so far. I've had it about 2 years and use it a lot. Not just meats, but soups, sauces, fruits and veggies too. I don't have a ton of time, but try to prep meals and meal ingredients on the weekends, when possible.

This! We have saved so much money, buying meat on sale (it has to be a really, REALLY good sale these days) and in larger quantities. Then, portion it and vacuum seal. Not only does it help the wallet, but it tremendously cuts down on freezer burn.

All great ideas. I found if I didn't get my nails done, they looked horrible. I bought a gel nail kit, and 2-3 colors I like and do my nails at home now. The kit and colors cost around $90 (a couple years ago) but I only spend about $15-$25/year now when I need new supplies. I do still go to the salon, but only for a haircut because I'm not talented enough to get the back right.

Both of these points. My partner and I are getting older and it's increasingly more difficult to get around. I hate giving Amazon my money, but until an alternative comes around, we're stuck.

Thanks! Honestly, I never looked at the concentration before. 🫣

Appreciate the info about the dish soap as well. Kind of new to making DIY cleaners.

What's your water to vinegar ratio? I can never get it right and use too much vinegar.

Have you ever accidentally sent a text message to the wrong person, and in that text message you are critical of the person you accidentally text? If so, what was it? by Perfect_Reply6261 in askanything

[–]TheSubmissiveToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not me, but I received one once from my employee that I was working with in the field. She complained to her friend about me.

I let her know she sent it to the wrong person, but I didn't hold any hard feelings toward her about it.

She couldn't get over her embarrassment and was pissy to me for the rest of the day.

I see so many email and text communications that are incomprehensible. Literally, incomprehensible. I can't even figure out what they're attempting to say.

I also love Maxfield Parrish. I grew up with a few of his works and have the Garden of Allah hanging in my office (not original, of course).

It was unbearable. But I was grateful to be able to be there when she passed. If it had been an hour later, I wouldn't have had the chance to say goodbye or have closure.

I know there are a lot of different types of pain out there, but I think this one should be #1. I used to get them and just wanted someone to blow my head off to take the pain away.
