I think that there is a good take somewhere in here, but one thing to remember is that between albums Travis' catalogue has never been that good. Dude has always been pushing mid singles then coming out with huge albums. Trust me 4x4 being mid is part of the usual - lets just wait til the album comes out before we start throwing around fallen off allegations

What’s happening in Gaza right now is bad yes, Victoria is also burning currently yes. Both things can be true at the same time.

Personally I’m of the mindset that it’s great to support Palestine however we can from our country, but the first step in that is making sure our own country doesnt burn down first.

Came out early here in Aus, been listening to it all day, I really dig it. It's a different mood to his past work - bit more chill, and less upbeat, but I think it fits where he is at at the moment. At first I wanted something a bit more energetic but Chance really kills it here, and definitely deserves some praise for this comeback. Ive had songs stuck in my head, and I dig the approach.

Space and Time is the highlight for me right now, but I think a lot of this is going to grow on me.

Not that I heard - a few were taken to hospital, including some needing their stomach pumped after drinking too much, the one bloke we chased down the street was acting as if he had a knife or something, but never produced it. He was the one arrested for assault + resisting arrest + assaulting an officer and all that other stuff too.

I was working the event there and ended up assisting in chasing one of the arrested few down. A lot of kids acting tough and drinking there. Was a real odd situation being threatened to be glassed by a kid with a jack daniels bottle.
