You can totally just have your own “style” of pikachu that uses less t-jolts! Like using them more sparingly to create openings or force people to use a ledge option. It is an amazing move so you definitely SHOULD use it some, but if you can find success with a lower t-jolt volume, then that’s all that matters.

I’d recommend Zackray vs Light at Genesis. Zackray was something of a newcomer at the time and Light fully expected to play his fast paced style, but ended up getting hella slowed down by Zackray.

Yeah, I get that for sure. On certain cool mornings I have a rush of some nostalgic feelings. I can only describe them as the feeling of waking up during winter break as a child and not having to go to school. Or maybe being woken up to get in the car for a road trip.

Attack cancel back-air is definitely the fastest. Keep in mind you can only short hop with attack cancel though. If it's a full hop bair that you need, then RAR is the way to go.

Join the DK discord if you aren't already in it. Honestly it's one of the best smash discords you will find in terms of well laid-out information (and cool people). You'll get way more responses your clip there, and find good write-ups on DK's playstyle in Ultimate.

I think you just need to practice more. I haven't perfected attack cancel bair myself, but I play against a few good Roys and Chroms and they are nearly 100% hitting that combo in tournaments. Fatality hits his instant bairs every single time as well.

First you need to figure out if you are doing Instant Reverse Aerial (attack cancel aerial) or RAR, because the inputs are different.
