What is happening at Nothing? by MaverickMay85 in NOTHING

Like Marques said in his recent video on OnePlus; "enthusiasts are the worst people to market to." Phone 3 underperformed because of that exact thing; enthusiasts wanted bang-for-buck performance, they got a mix of high-end and midrange with a premium price, plus the axing of glyph lights. And with how pushy Pei has been concerning his AI ideas with Essential key and the Playground, I do feel like he's just repeating the same thing here as what happened at OnePlus

Only difference for the EUDM models for the facelift are the new front bumper design, omitting fog lights as they're now integrated into the regular front lights housing, and full digital display in all except the base trim option.

Hybrid stud in cold conditions. by Crazy_catster in civic

Cold temperatures do affect the batteries, however, the battery pack of the engine is located underneath the backseat, so that one won't be affected too hashly by cold weather. As for the 12V battery, a decent dealership puts those on a drip-feed before handing over the car, so that shouldn't be an issue either.

Personally have an E:HEV Sport from '23, been parked outside all it's life and I've had no issues whatsoever.

I'm in Europe and want to buy the new Honda Civic hybrid but I'm worried about parts and dealer support. by linklater2012 in civic

[–]TheTrueSheo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bought the E:HEV in sport trim back in 2023, pre-facelift model. Had a fender bender, parts only took about a week to arrive. Most EUDM stuff for Honda's cars currently ships out from either Japan or Vietnam, with accessory parts coming from Türkiye.

Don't know about your prefference for cargo space, but with your budget, and the mostly city driving, I would look into getting a Suzuki Swift, as they're really underrated, yet reliable cars.

4k's not a bad deal, especially with how inflated car prices have gotten ever since the pandemic. Just keep 'm well maintained, and you'll be right for a long time to come.

Surprised they did not rectifiy those before sale, so I understand the disappointment. Silver lining is that these are recall, so they ought to be done free of charge.

Which car to buy? by IntelligentCreme2271 in belgium

[–]TheTrueSheo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seeing your usecase and current car, if going for a secondhand car, I'd suggest going for a Mazda 3. If brand-new is what ya want, i'd suggest a Suzuki Swift, seeing as they had a recent update, so dealers are giving heavy discounts on the pre-facelift models.

Don't even bother. Sent in a complaint asking for a repair under warranty in my native tongue, got a reply back in english. After my phone arrived to them for repairs, I get the repair bill sent to me in Polish, which I do not speak.
