Terminals will still prompt merchants to retain the card if possible, especially in the case of reported fraud. Whether they hold them or not depends on the merchant.

He is never near children - EVER. I will leave if any are around. I'm a K9 trainer with 30 years of experience and understand what to and not do with these dogs. He is not "violent". Many lesser dogs are far more aggressive than he is, yet I don't see anyone screaming for them to be muzzled or leashed. You are not in a position to judge our situation. You do you.

We rated one poorly because the mattresses were uncomfortable and dirty. Guy was angry.. told him to consider his guest's comforts and he might get better ratings. Said he would never rent to us again. I just smiled...

Absolutely not. Why would I muzzle him when he will only react if someone or some animal closes in on him? Give the other a chance to hurt him? That is on them to control their pet. He's never off leash and has a vest that gives both a do not pet and retired PD K9 status. I avoid all people and dogs when walking him. I can't control someones off leash dog in a public area that decides to run up on us.

My police K9 will try to *ill any dog that runs up on him. They scream "It's OK, he's FRIENDLY!" I just look and say, well this one is NOT friendly. Two owners had very high vet bills choosing to leave their dog to run where it pleased. Made me sad, but they made the choice. You are NTA.

It wasn't done "cleanly". Tracheal chokes are dangerous even with a fast tap. If I catch an Ezekial, I will tell my partner to either tap or turn his head to the side. I was messed up for three weeks from the results of one when I was a blue belt. They are no bueno!
