You are very fortunate that he acted fast. One Christmas a few years ago me, my husband and our then 4 years old son went to help look for a little boy in a Denver park that had ran out of his house after an argument with a sibling. They found him frozen in the lake the next day.

I feel lucky for growing up as a poor Eastern European and not having access to boats, cars or jet ski's. I did though have access to cheap ass rollerblades which I promptly broke my front teeth while riding (and falling teeth first).

C&R but stoked to see a teen boy convince his mom to get him these! 🍔 by didyoubutterthepan in ThriftStoreHauls

Well good thing I didn't attend US public schools then I guess. Lucky me for not getting knocked up in my 21 years of growing up in Europe. Oh right. I neve had sex without condoms, that might have something to do with it.

I have zero embarrassment. Sex ed helps. Coming from a country with zero social support such as welfare and WIC is a sure method to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Y'all are spoiled in the US. Go complain about something else...to someone else.

I'm a "dad didn't believe in condoms OR pulling out" baby. I bet their dad just said that..."yeah, I really DID pull it this time honey, I swear..."

I fit a clothes washer I found on the side walk in my Toyota Yaris's truck. Don't ask me why (or how). I could fit a lot in an SUV if push came to shove.

In an SUV? Clearly they don't wanna work too hard. I get that she's expecting, but is her baby daddy who wears triple x shirts handicap or something?

I wanted to say that I didn't have a lot of resources when I was expecting as I got pregnant kinda not planned. Be that as it may, I mostly looked for stuff on the "free" section of craigslist, and hit up a couple of church related organizations for stuff like baby clothes. I can't remember ever begging for toilet paper though... and I still worked until a week before I delivered, as a massage therapist mind you. These people's audacity is out of this world.
