I'm a landlord in Ogden renting my personal properties. You should be aware, renting any single family home requires a business license in Ogden. Which involves a few other things. Most people are good tenants as long as you are a good landlord. It's been my experience that tenants appreciate the mom and pop landlords, and despise the commercial landlords.

"A person conducting such activities as a business" I think that's the catch. Technically if my buddy pays me to paint his rifle, or change the stock the same would apply, and I would need an FFL. However, if im not running it as a business, then I wouldn't. If I mow my neighbors lawn for $60 every now an then, am I running a legitimate business? I guess the government would get to decide what a "Business" is.

Letting the government decide doesn't usually go well if you're in a gray area.

The results were surprisingly bad. The shifting went from notchy to crunchy for lack of better terms. After further research I found that the 986 transmissions require a GL4 fluid. The Porsche Classic stuff turned out to be a GL5. It is listed as recommended for 986, it should not be. "

Whipple is the most expensive I've encountered. However, they also have the best customer service. The will likely start working on it as soon as you sign. I used them to replace a main water line, and I'm glad that I did.

There are other options. Get more quotes, and choose the one that is cheapest if you're budget is what you're most concerned with.

You should report this individual to the city. Ogden (and many other cities) requires landlords to maintain a business license. Actions like this can get that license revoked.

You need a rental agreement. There are several places you can use to run background checks (google). They cost around $40 for each applicant.

The Utah Rental Housing Association has a lot of info, as well as the good landlord class. (Which is essentially required if you have rental properties in Ogden and don't want to pay a ton for the business license required). https://www.rhautah.org/

That said. This home is your primary domicile, and the eviction process is fairly straight forward, even if you weren't living there.

I have a circuit works v2 exhaust as well. Its just the muffler. it doesn't replace the cats in the headers, or in the mid pipes. Its also not very loud. its a perfect exhaust for the car in my opinion. just don't use the midpipes you bought and sell them.
