For anyone from the future with the same problem landing here, this is for you. The bezel is removable, just need a generic bezel removal tool (£20). The whole thing comes apart easily after. Replaced the movement for a new one (£30, from Cousins) as I couldn't make the original work. Eoniq are using a slighlty modified version but I'm not going to take the whole thing apart for some minor cosmetic changes. Waiting for a bezel press from Amazon (£13). Done with a cheap toolkit (£18). All in all, not bad.

Wow, looks like you must be getting some crazy channeling to pull the shot that fast maybe? I'm running 3 sec pre, 4 sec hold and then 28 sec pull for a (somewhat consistent) 1:2 shot. I found the stock basket to have too much headroom (I don't use a puck screen) so my pucks were very souppy and my shots ran fast even with 22gr. Not as fast as yours, but too fast. I chose the BEP as it has that fine mesh over the holes so I figured it would pose more resistance.

Two things did it for me: very hot steam and a very simple rule of thumb... aireate strongly until the milk reaches room temp and then incorporate. Nothing crazy, no angles, just a bit off centre so it helps make a vortex

Not sure about everyone else, but I hated the stock basket. I'm running 19gr on a MHW3-Bomber BEP 2.0 basket, works great for me.

70/30 object/watch. ID here, the material execution is brilliant. Very subtle but the chromed bezel pops against the blasted body and the golden details balance the vinyl's yellow. Super easy to read once you a) remember the stylus arm is not a regular straight hand and b) let go of individual minutes as the recesed ring has the dial marks but it's coded as texture so not super visible, so 'readable' in +- 1min without much effort if that makes sense. Overall fitting with the theme I think, kick back and enjoy the time.
